We want to ensure your R.A.D® footwear and apparel meet the highest standards of performance and fit. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Pack the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, resalable condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your refund or shipped your new size.
